TUBIFOAM KE 400 was developed especially for the use in plastic recycling. By combining defoaming and deaeration effects, the product supports a consistent process flow and ensures reliable material separation, for example of PET and polyolefins. Even at low dosages, TUBIFOAM KE 400 delivers stable and reproducible process conditions.

The product is highly versatile and performs effectively in both alkaline hot‑wash processes and flotation systems. Its mineral‑oil‑free formulation and compliance with FDA § 177.1630 also allow its use in processes for producing plastic recyclates which can be further produced for food packaging.
