DENIMCOL TEC-CR | Bleaching with air

Ozone treatment has long been known as a process, especially for cleaning purposes. In case of bleaching purpose, dry ozone treatment was not strong enough.

Ozone bleaching on wet fabric has the following fundamental difficulties:

Strong bleaching reaction of ozone on wet fabrics
Uneven humidity (causes unlevelness in bleaching result)
Processes must follow directly after another

Dry ozone bleaching with DENIMCOL TEC-CR

Ozone treatment on dry garments with strong bleaching results
No humidity on the garments (easier reproducibility and no problem with condensation in the machine)
Processing does not need to follow directly

The application dosage of DENIMCOL TEC-CR is very low, leading to an economic and ecologic bleaching process.

DENIMCOL TEC-CR can be used not only for the dry ozone process but also to achieve different effects in the wet ozone process.
